Origami│UNIQLO Sweatshirt Looks

Model Information: 5'8" / MEN / Short hair

The standard for fashion recently has been heavily set by fitted clothing. With that being said, there is more to fashion than just fitted clothes.

The primary point of this look is to maintain an A silhouette through the feature of wide fitted pants. Wide pants are not a popular look for most people, but is definitely one of my favorites in my current closet.

With this fit, I have opted for smart pants from Asos, which has a more formal look than other choices. To complement the formal item, I have opted to pair these with the blue Uniqlo U Mock Neck Sweater. The sweater is a good balance of formal and casual for the weekends. By tucking in the front and adding a belt, the overall look is formalized even more.

Lastly, in order to balance the formal look with a more casual item, I wore the Vans old skool in a black colorway. The sneakers help to balance the formal items to ensure the overall look is not an over-the-top formal fit for the weekends.

Overall, the fit is different than the typical fit that is found in LA. But to me, fashion is not about looking like everyone else, but is a way for people to differentiate themselves from one another. Fashion is not just about wearing popular and commonly accepted items; instead, fashion is a way for people to express themselves and provide new steps forward into the future.
