Does WEAR have a website for smartphone browsers?

You can use wear on most smartphones and on your PC as well (PC site).

Can I use WEAR on my smartphone?

Features on Wear.net (browser version) are limited. Get the App to access all features.
Download it on iOS 15.6 / Android 9 or a newer version.

Why can't I view certain pages on a web browser?

The site uses CSS, JavaScript and other programming languages. Make sure you can use JavaScript on your browser, or some of our pages may be unavailable.

What can I do by creating a WEAR account?

By creating a WEAR account, you can follow favorite users from all around the world to see their latest style updates. You can save looks and items in your folders and name them based on topic. You have the option to make your folders public so you can share them with others. You can also add items you actually own in your closet on WEAR as well.

What are the guidelines around creating a WEAR ID/username?

ID: IDs can only contain alphanumeric characters (a-z, 0-9). You can't claim an ID someone else is already using. The ID cannot be changed.

Username: Any username is available. You can change your username after registration as well.

Note: In older to do the things mentioned above (Please refer to "What can I do by creating a WEAR account?"), you need to create a WEAR account, as well as set up your profile.

How do I reset my password?

Go to your log in page, click on "forgot password" and receive a confirmation e-mail to reset your password.

How do I change the e-mail address for my WEAR Account?

Go to settings - click on "change e-mail address"

I'm having trouble uploading my profile picture.

Please make sure your image fits the following requirements:
-Image ratio must be 1:1
-Recommended size is 200px x 200px
-File format must be jpeg or gif

Images larger than 10MB cannot be uploaded.
Images will be resized to fit the 1:1 ratio.
Please update the OS and app version of your smartphone to the latest.

Certificate for client authentication – when does the URL expire?

The client authentication e-mail is valid for 24 hours.
When accessing to the authentication URL on the e-mail, make sure you are logged out from all WEAR accounts linked to your daily browser.
If your authentication URL shows up as an error, please go to your “my page” and receive a new client authentication e-mail.

Can I create more than one WEAR account?

You can register for 1 WEAR account linked to 1 e-mail address. In order to have more than one account, please use separate e-mail addresses for registration.

Password for registration.

Password for registration must be at least 8 ~ 12 alphanumeric characters.

Saving content

How do I save looks & items?

To save looks and items, you need to create an account. After logging in, click on + to save whatever you'd like to see again, and choose the folder you'd like to add it to. Only you can see what you have saved, but you have the option to make your folders public to share with everyone on WEAR.

How do I remove what I have already saved in my folder?

You can remove saved looks and items from your folders by deleting. In order to delete, tap on "Edit folder" and select the looks/items you'd like to remove. You can also remove what you have saved just by clicking on the + button again.

How do I move the saved data to another folder?

In older to move saved looks and items to another folder, tap on "Edit folder", select the looks/items you'd like to move, and tap on "Move" located on the top left of the screen.

How do I edit the size and color of the items I saved ?

If you saved an item without choosing the size and color, you can edit and change it.
However, if you have already selected the size and color, it cannot be changed.
In order to change the size and color, you will need to remove the item once, and save it again.

Posting looks

How do I post a look?

You must have an account to post Looks.
Once you log in, you can post from "My Page" or from the item page.

If you cannot find your item in our database, you can create your own item data.
Select ''Register New Item'' and enter the required information.
Items that you register will not appear in the item search and cannot be used by other users.

How to use the hashtags

Hashtags are used to describe looks. Your post will get more exposure if you use trending hashtags.
Looks with the same hashtags will be grouped together, and show up under search results.

Can I save a post privately?

Yes. Please select "Private" when you post your Look.
Private looks will not be shown to other users.

What should I post / how should I post?

Your look should :

-be you, or should be taken by you
-be related to fashion

The closet function

How do I add items to my closet?

You need an account to use the Closet function.

Once you log in, you can add items from your "My Page" or the item page.

I'm having trouble uploading an image

Additional functions

How do I change notification settings on my App?

Go to Notifications under Settings. You can set follow/comment/feed notifications to go On/Off.

If you haven't setup a profile yet, notification settings cannot be changed within the app.
Please go to Settings on your browser and change settings there.

I haven't heard back from the WEAR team, I sent a report/requested for a confirmation e-mail.

Confirmation e-mails / profile registration e-mails /password reset e-mails will be sent from the @wear.net domain. Replies to inquiries will also be sent from the @wear.net domain.
Please make sure that this domain has not been flagged by your e-mail provider's spam filter.

Why isn't there a Buy button on the item page?

If the item doesn't have a EC store linked, it won't have a Buy button.

The product page is not displayed even if I click a Buy button.

Depending on the browser settings of the smartphone you are using, you may not be able to transition from Wear to the product page even if you click a Buy button, and the screen may turn blank. To display the product page, please make the following settings.

-Turn on JavaScript.
-Turn off cookie blocking and content blocking.

How do I delete a comment I posted?

Click on the delete option next to the comment posted.

Can I use Emoji and symbols?

Emoji and symbols can be used in profiles, comments, and other text, but they may not show up properly depending on the device

What happens if I block a user?

You will not receive any comments and cannot be followed by that users.

Why doesn't the number of followers match the list of followers?

The total number of followers includes users without a profile.
The list of followers will only show followers that have a profile setup.

Merchandise

Is this item in stock? Will it be back in stock?

WEAR is not the seller of these items, therefore cannot confirm the stock situation.

How do I delete my account?

Once you delete your account, you cannot use the same account again.
